To reward and acknowledge teams that best exemplify VISTA values, Volvo Group Truck Sales & Marketing APAC is awarding Hero certificates to three teams after each round. Here are the winners from Round Two.
The Hero Champions:
Kaili Henan – China
Kaili Henan was selected for a hero certificate because of their ability to practice open dialogue within their team as well as with other participants. This has helped to develop an open and sharing environment, while keeping the competition spirit alive at their dealership.
The team is full of energy and has worked with passion and motivation in order to improve their skills and knowledge. They have learnt from their experience in Round One, and are now far more efficient when it comes to searching for part numbers in Impact. Their ability to apply what they have learnt to their daily work indicates that they are quick and keen learners. The team has also helped other participants who are new to VISTA, which is in line with company spirit and teamwork in the dealership.
First runner up
JC Dream – Korea
JC Dream has been selected because of their high energy and passion for the competition. They have even sacrificed their spare time during breaks and after work to complete questions. They regularly have group meetings to discuss and resolve any issues where they have different opinions. Their outstanding commitment and the aspirations for high performance in the competition have been exceptional.
Second runner up
Amarto – Indonesia
Anarto has been selected because of their thirst for knowledge. Whenever they face a question related to models which are not available in their market or any information they are not very familiar with, they take the opportunity to learn as much as possible. Their continuous search for answers is a good example of employee dedication and engagement.
