VISTA 2015-2016 continues to be a huge success in the Asia-Pacific sales region, with record high participation and virtually no drop-outs over the three rounds.
Over 1000 teams and 4000 participants from Asia-Pacific have taken part in VISTA 2015-2016 – almost a fifty per cent increase from the last competition. Furthermore, after three theoretical rounds, the retention rate was an incredible 98 per cent – the highest completion rate globally.
“Our success is due to the efforts from our dedicated VISTA market leaders who constantly reach out and connect with dealerships and teams,” says Kris Meuleman, Chief Project Manager for VISTA Asia Pacific. “They constantly promote and communicate the benefits and importance of VISTA, as well as engage and motivate participants throughout the competition.”
These efforts have helped to instill a sense of pride in representing their dealership, which is one of the contributing factors in maintaining such a high retention rate. VISTA leaders have also worked hard to ensure teams do not drop out and continue to compete until the end. After every round, two sets of prizes are rewarded: one for top performing teams and a Hero award for teams that demonstrate exceptional teamwork, energy, passion and respect.
These efforts, and impressive results, are reflective of the high regard people have for VISTA in the Asia-Pacific region, from workshop floor all the way to head office. “VISTA is one of the main drivers of customer satisfaction,” says Kris Meuleman. “This is not only a competition, but a competence development platform where our front liners are tested on their knowledge and skills. After all they are the faces of our brand for our customers. It’s about getting things done right the first time, every time, for our customers.”
The finals for the Asia-Pacific region will be held in Bangkok on from 5th – 7th April.
