VISTA is about to begin!
Here’s how it all works: you and your team test your skills in four qualifying rounds. Make it through all four, and your team is in the running for the live finals in September.
Each of the qualifying rounds will test different aspects of what makes you all service experts – technical knowledge, system mastery and that diagnostic intuition you’ve earned through years of working on the shop floor.
Top tip: bonus missions will drop regularly in the app during the qualifying rounds. Here, you can earn extra points for quick missions – like uploading a team photo, watching training videos, and answering quizzes. Every point counts, so make sure you keep an eye out on the app for those bonus missions.
